We are an independent company, majority-owned by our employees.

Since 2007, Ceva’s management has been supported by carefully chosen long-term financial partners who share our values and vision. In early 2020, the employees reinforced their controlling position and a group of new investors got on board.

Among them, a familiar name, German firm Klocke Gruppe. Ceva acquired their IDT animal health business in 2019. Other newcomers include Téthys Invest from France, Mitsui & Co. from Japan and PSP Investments, one of Canada’s largest pension funds.

All our historic minority investors, known as “Ceva friends”, agreed to roll over a significant portion of their investment. Singapore’s Temasek, along with EMZ and Sagard of France, the Chinese private equity fund HOPU Investments, and the US-based Continental Grain Company, are long-term partners.
