In the context of fast growth of the behavior range ? with the leading  brands FELIWAY and ADAPTIL - the holder will report to Companion Animal Technical Director within Corporate Marketing Department and will be :

- the leading technical person for the behavior range, nurturing the behavior strategy worldwide

- the person responsible for developing original and impactful behavior content adapted to the different channels and audiences (pet owners, KOLs, vets, pet retail staff,)

- an active Team member of future Ceva pipeline in the range of behaviour.

- an active Team member in the development of the marketing behaviour strategy.

He/she will have to maintain Ceva reputation for scientific and technical excellence.

Keys activities are :

 In collaboration with Marketing, develop technical content appropriate for all channels ((Vet, Pet retail and Online), adapted to each type of Audience ( Pet owners, Vet and Vet staff, Pet professionals,)
 Insure the Technical training and knowledge leverage of all zones on the CEVA brands and Competitors Brand in the frame of the corporate marketing strategy.
Develop the credibility of the range on a worldwide scale through establishing relationships with professional Key Opinion Leaders & influencers in the behavior field and insuring technical presence of Ceva in congresses & events.
Propose and develop post launch trials in relationship with internal and external stakeholders (Key Opinion Leaders) 
Define and lead publication strategy for the  key brands
Propose, develop, participate to technical/scientific events to increase credibility and reputation of the  brands

Insure scientific and technical surveillance of the behavior field including competition

Profile and skills:

Technical skills:
Graduated of Animals Science (Biology, Vet, Pharma, lifesciences background etc?)
Min 3 to 5 years experience in practice and/or animal health
 Strong ability to simplify technical messages to adapt to different Ceva stakeholders (Primarily Pet owners, Vets and  Professionnal Staff, Pet Owners)
Previous experience in writing to the attention of general public
International experience
Fluent English (oral, written, spoken) and another working language (French, Spanish) would be appreciated
