Job description

Ceva Animal Health is a leading company in the veterinary health industry with several biological development/production sites at various international locations. The largest European biological center of Ceva is located in Hungary, Budapest (Ceva-Phylaxia Zrt.). The Global Industrial Development Directorate (GID) of Ceva manages technology and analytical transfer projects from Innovation and Development to production, between Ceva biology sites, to and from external partners. GID is also involved in the technological support of Innovation and Development as well as in industrial process improvement projects. However GID has units at all major Ceva biological sites (Germany, USA, Brazil, China), the largest GID unit with 30+ highly skilled employees and with dedicated laboratory background is located at Budapest, Ceva-Phylaxia campus. Project coordinator

Responsibilities:

Support the technical leaders and director in the daily work by:
maintenance of project portfolio
support in project planning (including resource planning) and monitoring, multiproject management
manage documentation: project plans, charts, authorization procedures, material sending, contracts, data management systems, preparation of meetings and reports, follow-up of studies, skill matrixes etc.
Improvement of existing project management practices and tools
Improve the project monitoring and data storage systems of GID
Support the multi-site communication and activity share by organization and documentation
Master special projects e.g. on Environment and Human Safety or inventory management

Requirements:

Professional degree in related field (B.Sc. or M.Sc.)
Experience in project management tools and techniques, meeting management
Fluency in Hungarian and English (English is the official language of communication and documentation)
Excellent communication and administration skills, analytical thinking
Computer skills: experience in data management and processing, office tools, project management softwares (e.g. MS Project, Smartsheets etc.), enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems

Preferred:

3+ years of experience in project management or ERP
Experience on projects in biobusiness, pharma industry
Experience in cloud based data management
