In the context of the business plan and the corporate strategy of the Poultry franchise, the Corporate Key account Manager will work with other functions to develop and execute the strategy aiming at becoming a Planning Partner/Trusted advisor for strategic and key accounts. The strategy will be designed to increase the value delivered to strategic & key accounts in order to grow a profitable business and increase customer loyalty.
The Strategic & Key Account Manager will work with the Poultry Regional Franchise organization and Regional/Local Key Account Managers to continue developing the Account Management capability across CEVA. He will coach local teams to build specific customer solutions integrating products and services in order to differentiate CEVA from competitors, to create customer value and to become Global leader in poultry vaccination.
With a Vet or a Master level, you have a backgroung of 10 years in Agriculture with a strong knowledge of the poultry industry and an extensive experience in dealing with animal/meat production companies in different countries.
You have strong interpersonal skills, a learning agility with strategic subjects and really customer focus.
Your english is fluent. Frequent international travel
