In the context of the business plan and the global strategy of the Poultry franchise, we're looking for a " Vaccination Services & Equipment Technical Manager ", responsible for defining, leading and implementing the technical content, tools and training programs for the assigned product range. The Corporate Technical Manager is in charge of the following:

Create the materials and tools necessary to deploy the product range strategy. 
Design and provide continuous trainings on product range and tools (Apps, platforms etc) to regional and local teams  
Overseeing the proper implementation of the product range and trainings plans in collaboration with the zone/country and Equipment Campuses
Technical support & troubleshooting on bioprocesses. Propose innovations based on the needs identified in the field.

PROFILE AND SKILLS

Animal Science graduate or Veterinary, with at least 5-year experience in Animal Health Industry or the Poultry production sector. Experience on hatchery bioprocess and In ovo vaccination are highly valued. With an international culture to perform transversally and support all the local team of Ceva Group.

Technical knowledge:

Ability to have an understanding of the hatchery role in the global poultry production system (mastering the market understanding, including product, trends, business models, benchmarking)
Ability to identify biosecurity's weaknesses and implement the Ceva's bio focus strategy in a particular area and act as a reference for bio processes in hatchery context.

Ability to design trials and data collection matching Ceva's strategy and interests, customers' needs and circumstances. 
Ability to act as referent for others and to help in the definition of the scientific strategy in the department.

Ability to compare Ceva's services & equipment with the competitor's, defend them on a B to B scenario and support other team members on this activity.
Ability to create ad hoc messages adapted to different organizational levels in alignment with corporate strategy.
Capability to carry out public presentation in events or seminars and truly impact on a B-to-B basis.

This job requires fluent English, Spanish and French will be a plus.
